Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at gokratom.com (the "Site") or purchasing any botanical raw materials, capsules, liquids, or merchandise from GoKratom. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered account holders, retail consumers, wholesale clients, and others who access the Site.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the Site or purchase any of our products. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your express acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Strict 21+ Age Requirement & Mandatory Verification
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury that you are at least 21 years old. GoKratom employs automated third-party age verification software (including database validation of name, address, and date of birth) during checkout.
If automated verification fails or cannot conclusively determine your age, you will be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver's License or Passport) prior to order fulfillment. Any fraudulent attempts to misrepresent your age will result in immediate cancellation of the order, permanent account termination, and forfeiture of payment processing fees.
3. Botanical Product Disclaimer & FDA Compliance Notice
All information provided on this Site, including product descriptions, alkaloid assay summaries, blog articles, and customer reviews, is provided solely for educational, historical, and botanical informational purposes. It is not intended as medical advice or as a substitute for consultation with a licensed medical practitioner.

4. Restricted Shipping Jurisdictions & Legal Compliance
GoKratom strictly adheres to all federal, state, county, and municipal laws across the United States. We do not sell, ship, or transport Mitragyna speciosa products to any state, county, city, or municipality where kratom is banned or restricted by statute.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any item purchased from GoKratom. Any order placed for delivery to a prohibited address will be automatically cancelled and refunded minus any merchant handling charges incurred.
5. Orders, Pricing, Billing, & Payment Terms
Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GoKratom reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for any reason.
Pricing & Errors: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or pricing system error, GoKratom shall have the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Payment Methods & Security: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), secure electronic checks (eCheck / ACH), and approved cryptocurrency transfers. All credit card transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.

7. Shipping, Delivery, & Risk of Loss
Fulfillment Timeframe: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
Free Shipping: Standard express shipping is free on retail orders totaling $50.00 or more (after discounts and promo codes are applied).
Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our tender of the package to the carrier (USPS or UPS). We provide tracking information for all shipments. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the projected delivery date to initiate a carrier investigation.
8. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind the botanical quality of our harvest with a comprehensive 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Unopened Products: May be returned for a 100% full refund or product exchange within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
- Opened Products: If you are not satisfied with a strain, you may return the package provided that at least 85% of the original product remains in the original packaging for a store credit or replacement.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged in transit).

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
